This Privacy Policy explains how David AI Academy (“we”, “us”), operated by I Launch U LLC (400 N Tampa St, Tampa, FL), collects, uses and shares information when you visit this website, register for our live training or webinar, or apply through our application form.

Information we collect

Information you give us in the application form:

  • Contact details: first and last name, email address and mobile phone number.
  • About your business: whether you own a business, your type of business, your approximate monthly revenue range, your biggest growth challenge, your timeline, whether you can invest in your business and attend the live webinar, and (optionally) what a win would look like for you.
  • Consent: whether you agreed to receive text messages, including the consent wording and the date and time you agreed.

Information collected automatically: the ad or link that brought you here (UTM campaign tags such as source, medium and campaign, and ad click IDs), the time of your application, and standard device and usage data such as IP address, browser and device type, and pages viewed.

How we use your information

  • To review your application and see whether our programs are a good fit for you.
  • To contact you by phone, email or (if you opted in) text message about your application, the live webinar, appointments and our programs.
  • To send you offers and updates you agreed to receive.
  • To keep records of your application and of your SMS consent.
  • To measure which ads and pages work, improve the site, and prevent fraud or misuse.
  • To comply with law and protect our rights.

How we share information

We share your information only as needed to run our business and provide our services:

  • Service providers: companies that help us operate, such as our CRM, SMS/email messaging, scheduling, website hosting, analytics and advertising providers. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
  • Legal reasons: if required by law, court order or government request, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our users, us or others.
  • Business transfers: if our business is sold or reorganized, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

We do not sell your personal information. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

SMS / Text messages

Text messages (SMS)

The David AI Academy / I Launch U text message program is optional. You join it only by checking the SMS consent box on our application form. The box is unchecked by default, and you can send your application without checking it.

  • Program name: David AI Academy / I Launch U.
  • What we text: marketing and informational messages, such as webinar and appointment reminders, updates about your application, and offers.
  • How often: message frequency varies.
  • Cost: Msg & data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
  • Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will confirm and send no further marketing texts unless you sign up again.
  • Help: reply HELP to any message, or contact us using the details below.
  • Not required: consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase or of applying.
  • Delivery: mobile carriers (wireless providers) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Your number stays with us: we do not share or sell mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver the messages to you.

Cookies, the Meta Pixel and analytics

This site uses the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram), to measure page visits and completed applications from our ads, and to show relevant ads. The pixel can use cookies and similar technologies, and we may also send Meta limited event information from our servers (Conversions API) to measure ad results. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to run and secure the site.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings. This will not stop you from applying.

How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as needed to evaluate your application, contact you about our programs and provide our services, and as required for legal, accounting or record-keeping reasons. We keep SMS consent and opt-out records as long as needed to prove consent and honor your choices.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access limited to people who need it. No system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

  • Access the information we have about you.
  • Correct information that is wrong.
  • Delete your information (we may keep what the law requires, such as a record that you opted out).
  • Stop texts at any time by replying STOP, and stop emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

Depending on the state you live in, you may have additional privacy rights; we will honor them as required. We will not discriminate against you for using your rights.

Children

This site and our programs are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. If changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
