These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to this website and to David AI Academy’s live training, webinar and related programs (“we”, “us”), operated by I Launch U LLC, 400 N Tampa St, Tampa, FL. By using the site or sending an application, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What David AI Academy offers
David AI Academy provides business education about using AI tools for marketing, content, advertising and automation, including live trainings and webinars. Our application form helps us understand your business and whether one of our programs is a good fit for you. Some programs are paid; any price and payment terms are explained to you before you buy, and a purchase may be subject to its own written agreement.
No guarantee of results
Our content is educational. We do not guarantee any specific income, revenue, leads, sales or business results. Examples and student stories shown on this site are individual results and are not typical or a promise of what you will achieve. Your results depend on your business, market, effort, budget and many other factors.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into any program. Dates, times, content and availability of trainings and webinars can change.
Eligibility and accurate answers
You must be at least 18 years old to use the site. You agree that the information you send is true, complete and your own, and that you will not apply on behalf of someone else without their permission.
SMS program terms
The David AI Academy / I Launch U text message program is optional. You join it only by checking the SMS consent box on our application form. The box is unchecked by default, and you can send your application without checking it.

- What we text: marketing and informational messages, such as webinar and appointment reminders, updates about your application, and offers.
- How often: message frequency varies.
- Cost: Msg & data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will confirm and send no further marketing texts unless you sign up again.
- Help: reply HELP to any message, or contact us using the details below.
- Not required: consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase or of applying.
- Delivery: mobile carriers (wireless providers) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your number stays with us: we do not share or sell mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver the messages to you.
When you check the box, we record the exact consent wording you saw and the date and time you agreed, so we can show that you opted in. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
Acceptable use of the site
Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not send false or misleading information, spam, or automated submissions; do not try to break, overload, scrape or get unauthorized access to the site or its systems; and do not record, copy, resell or reuse our trainings, content, logos or photos without permission. All site and training content is owned by I Launch U LLC or used with permission.
Third-party tools and links
We teach and link to third-party tools and platforms (for example AI tools and advertising platforms). They are independent businesses with their own terms, pricing and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them. Links are provided for convenience.
Disclaimer
The site, trainings and content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, I Launch U LLC, David AI Academy and their owners, team members and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or opportunities, arising from your use of the site, our content or our trainings, or from delayed or undelivered messages. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you agree to that jurisdiction, except where the law of your state requires otherwise.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the updated Terms.
